He was predeceased by: his parents, Claud Jenkins and Abbie Vinson Jenkins; his wife Winnie Whitlow Jenkins; his son Michael Wayne Jenkins; and his siblings, Juanita Mortimer, Cecil Jenkins, Janice Lane and Claudine Jenkins.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Jenkins (Cathy) of Richmond, TX, Danny Jenkins (Nancy) of Satin, TX and Jimmy Jenkins of Durango, TX; his grandchildren, Jennifer Jenkins, Heston Jenkins (Amy), Derek Jenkins (Kelli), Colby Jenkins (Lauren), James Jenkins and Wyatt Jenkins; and his great grandchildren, Kinley, Kaitlin, Kutter, Grace, Riley, Hudson, Gunnar and Jordan.
