He is survived by: his wife Maria Gloria Rios; his children, Omar Rios of Margarito Rios, Julian Torres, Jr., Imelda Rocha (Fernando), Natalia Martinez and Perla Carolina Gonzalez (Juan); his mother Maria; his siblings, Refugio, Carlos (Luz), Angel (Dela), Frank (Avon), Linda (Jesus), Mary Lou, San Juanna (Fabian) and Anna; and his mother-in-law Maria Cruz Zambrano. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
