He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Sr. Pena and Emma Morales Pena; and his siblings, Antonia Pena and Manuel Pena. He is survived by: his wife Maria Elena Lugo Pena; his children, Maria Sauceda (Alfredo), Lorena Bejaran (Brian), Laura Alegria (Amando), Felix Pena III, Kayla Pena and Emilio Pena; and his siblings, Felicitas Luna, Marta Campos, Pilar Pena, Francisco Pena (Mireya) and Ernesto Pena (Dolores). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
