She was predeceased by: her husband Tomas Cavazos; her siblings, Miguel, Joaquin, Alfredo Cavazos, Aurora Cavazos, Herminia Moreno and Rosa Gonzales; and her grandson Scottie Murtha.
She is survived by: her children, Noe Cavazos (Ana) of San Benito, Juan Cavazos (Irian) of Harlingen, Noemi Pomeroy (Paul) of Austin, Eunice Buell (Donnie) of California, Ruth Murtha (Ronald) of Ft. Worth, Martha Jenkins (Douglas) of Edinburg and Ann Favila (David) of Harlingen; and her brother Andres Cavazos. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and nephews and nieces.
