She was predeceased by: her parents, Lauro Hernandez and Martina Rodriguez; her siblings, Manuel Hernandez Rodriguez, Agapita Hernandez Rodriguez, Moises Hernandez Rodriguez and Yolanda Gaona Rodriguez; and her granddaughter Abigail Ide Gonzalez.

She is survived by: her husband Joel Nino; her children, Esmeralda B. Nino (Clemente Rendon Jr.), Joel Nino Jr. (Jennifer Garza) and Roman Diego Nino (Karina Benavides); and her sister Enriqueta Gaona Rodriguez. She is also survived by her six grandchildren.
