He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene Young; his parents, Tomasa Ruiz Farias and Senobio Farias; his siblings, Ruben Farias and Senobia Farias Pena; his brother-in-law Federico Pena; his parents-in-law, Donald and Donna Young; and his brothers-in-law, John Bradley, Dan Young and Paz Elizondo.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Trevino (Ruben), Kristie Rojas (Eddie) and Vikki Molina (Mario); his grandchildren, Kayla, Hope Trevino, Alyssa, Tor Rojas, Sienna and Annalise Molina; his siblings, Fito Farias (Grace) and Rosa Elizondo; and his sisters-in-law, Elva Farias, Diane Bradley and Peggy Young. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Benedict Catholic Church (351 S Bowie St, San Benito, TX 78586). A burial was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mont Meta Cemetery (26170 TX-345, San Benito, TX 78586). Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. Benedict Catholic Church (351 S Bowie St, San Benito, TX 78586). A rosary was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home (657 Springmart Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78526).
