He is survived by: his wife Maria Beatriz Hernandez; and his children, Bertha Gonzales (Jose Oliva), Leticia Gonzalez (Marco Gonzalez), Amador Gonzalez (Marisa Tijerina), Armando Gonzalez and Rosa Gonzalez Reyes. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
