He is survived by: his wife Ester T. Watts; his children, Freddie Lee Watts, Jr., Sheila Garcia (Ramon), Johnny L Watts and Donnie L. Watts; his grandchildren, Johnie Marie Powers, Paul Scott Watts, Louis Ryan Garcia, Risa Mendoza, Allen Ray Garcia, Allison Nicole Watts, Hanna Lucia Watts, Josia Watts and Donnie Watts; and his great grandchildren, Audrina Mendoza and Julio Mendoza, Jr..
