He is survived by: his former wife Graciela Trevino Hernandez; his wife Genie Hernandez; his children, Frank Hernandez (Rocio), Vianey Hernandez, Leandra Frey (Dale), Yvette Perez (Tom), Yvonne Sierra (Richard), Christopher Michael Andrews and Tricia Ramos; his siblings, Eleuterio "Telo" Luna, Amelia Salce, Irma Luna and Johnny Galvan; and his grandchildren, Frank Nathaniel Hernandez (Amy), Joaquin Hernandez, Diego Hernandez, Thomas Perez Jr., Alyssa Sierra, Nicholas Sierra, Christopher Sierra, Kierstyn Andrews, Kaylee Andrews and Caitlyn Moreno (Nick).
