She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Tovar and Guadalupe Tovar; her husband Manuel Francisco Blanco; and her son Manuel Blanco. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Rivera (Armando) and Jessica Trejo (David); her grandchildren, Daniela, Thalia, Sasha, David Jr., Darren, Manuel Jr., Samantha and Darlene; her great grandchildren, Destiny, Sophia and Jayden; and her siblings, Sonia, Melba, Hugo, Marvelia and Joel.
