She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gladys Ballard (Jones) and Sylvester Ballard of Prairie Hill; her husband Bob Tate; her sister Vauda; her sons, Jeff Johnson (Kathleen) and Lee Tate; her daughters-in-law, Catherine Johnson (Friedel) and Melissa Johnson (Green); her son Greg Johnson; her siblings, JoAnn and Bill; and her grandchildren, Frances Anne Johnson, Virginia Johnson, Jordan Williams, Elizabeth Johnson and Abigail Johnson.
