He is survived by: his wife Sherry Gardiner Williams; his daughters, Lesley Williams (Bill) and Kelley Horton (Jesse); his grandchildren, James Heard Jr. (Ashley), Shelton Sears (Kassy), Hannah Pechacek (Noah), Kayley Horton, Garrison Horton, Aubrey Owen (Bryce) and Kailey Stearns; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Haidyn, Reese, Jaxen, Eden, Bowen, Jase and Maia.
