He is survived by: his wife Barbara Blanton Yoakum; his children, Michael Allen Yoakum (Nancy), Misty Diserens (Richard) and Cheryl Yoakum (Bobby); his stepsons, Larry Sharp (Sylvia) and Darrell Sharp (JoAnne); his siblings, Lamar Yoakum of Hawaii, Shirley Swimmer (Darrell) of Oklahoma and Robbye Rusek (Peter) of Waco; his grandchildren, Joshua Yoakum, Jaime Schanke, Ryan Huggins, Wyatt Smith, Brittany Diserens, Jacob Smith, Landon Diserens and Kevin Sharp; his great grandchildren, Wade, Skylar, Raylen, Waylen, Evelyn, Twila, Nikk, Jase, Georgia and Zoe; his close friend Willie; and his friends, Billy and Dorothy Spivey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
