She is survived by: her siblings, Melvin and Inez Cunningham; her husband Roy Qualls of Golinda; her children, Eddie Qualls (Donna) of Waco, Kim Knight (Ronnie) of Robinson and Darren Qualls (Kelley) of Robinson; her grandchildren, Lance Qualls, Lee Qualls, Wendy Knight, Preston Knight, Bailey Qualls and Emily Worthington; her great grandchildren, Landon Qualls, Lilly Qualls, Layla Qualls, Brendon Qualls, Bryson Qualls and Brantley Qualls; her brother Louie Cunningham of Seminole; and her caregivers, Hope, Terrie and Sharah. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
