Louis Douglas Wedemeyer Sr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louis Douglas Wedemeyer Sr. of Lorena, Texas, who passed away on February 12, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Wedemeyer and Myrtle Wedemeyer; his former wife Margaret Wyatt; his sister Grace Wallace; and his son Doug Wedemeyer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Groth (Larry) of Lorena and Pat Patton (David) of Lorena; his daughter-in-law Connie Wedemeyer of Lorena; his wife Marjorie Wedemeyer of Waco; and his grandsons, Aaron, Jordan Wedemeyer, Christian, Joshua Groth, Matthew, Andrew and Jason Kruger. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Cottonwood Baptist Church.
