She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Nell Wilson and Arnold Eldon Dickey; her brothers, Arnold and Dennis Dickey; and her great grandchildren, Cristal, Nevaeh and April.
She is survived by: her husband Louis K. Strowger; her children, Louis Kenneth Strowger, Jr. (Brenda) of Bremerton, WA, Lawrence Steven Strowger (Michelle) of Hewitt, TX and Mary Samantha (James Ronnie Neeper, Jr) of Colorado Springs; her grandchildren, Brandy (Daniel Milstead), Cassidy Strowger, Steven Talley (Amanda), Scott Talley, Staci Talley, Joshua Strowger (Britany), Jacob Strowger, James Neeper III and Daniel Neeper; her great grandchildren, Spencer, Sarah, Emma, Cole, Caylee, Aidan, Kaylee, Meagan, Emilee and Eli; and her brother Michael Dickey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins and friends.
