He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Annie Lou and Bernice Markum; his wife Carolyn; his sister Janie (Duncan McDowell); and his children, Niki (Tom Kaylor) and James Markum Jr. (Nancy). He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
