We are sad to announce that on February 29, 2024, at the age of 84, Eula Jean Chapman of Lorena, Texas, born in Hamlin, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Griffin and Ruby Faye Griffin (Hudson); her son-in-law Bill Hannes; and her siblings, Freddy, Richard Griffin, Johnnie Hastings and Juanita Auberry.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Chapman of Lorena; her daughters, Pam Hannes of Clifton, Brenda Boyd (Bret) of Rockport and Wendy Jamison (Alan) of Rockport; her grandchildren, Billy Hannes (Kayla), Megan Pervier (Ryan), Brandi Boyd, Beau Boyd (Brittney), Tamara Diemer (Neal) and Seth Jamison; her great grandchildren, Grey Hannes, Avie Hannes, Vivie Hannes, Gage Pervier, Lillie Pervier, Bree Boyd, Brynn Boyd, Hannah Diemer, Eden Diemer and Stone Diemer; her siblings, Cecil Griffin (Dale) and JoRetta Bryan (James); and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Griffin and Bobi Griffin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Hewitt.
