He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Nell Wyatt Wedemeyer. He is survived by: his sister Cottonwood; his children, Rebecca (Jason McCain) of Ft. Worth and Jordan (Jordan Wedemeyer) of McGregor; his father Louis Douglas Wedemeyer, Sr.; his stepmother Marjorie Buckner Wedemeyer; his wife Connie Wedemeyer; his son Aaron Wedemeyer of Austin; his grandchildren, Alli and Jake; and his sisters, Donna (Larry Groth) and Pat (David Patton). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, food, or other gifts, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Doug Wedemeyer.
