She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Reaves and Ruby Reaves of Lott, TX.; her husband Herbert Polley; and her sisters, Bennie Ruth Reaves and Esther Schrader.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne (Jeri Polley) of Evans, CO, David (Nancy Polley) of Lorena, TX and Lloyd (Ricci Polley) of Aquilla, TX; and her grandchildren, Melissa (Michael Kelsey), Laura (Austin Crider), Nicholas, Gregory, Sarah and Luke Polley. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
