He is survived by: his children, Chandler, Attison and Abigale; his stepfather Lee Gundlach; his parents-in-law, Mary Ann Smiley and Robert Rinewalt; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Fields (Brian Fields); his aunt Randa Fuller; his uncle Mike Fuller (Megan); and his extended family, Lacey Beaty, Ashley Hill, Vicky and Danny Sparks.
