She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Goodwin and Virginia Sue Mayes Hallmark; her sister Aileen Marth; and her son David Neal Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Peter Mark Phillips (Anna) of Wichita Falls and Mary Ginna Carroll (Steve) of Eastland; and her grandchildren, Brent Holcomb, Holly Copeland (Matt), Danielle Holcomb, Bethany Carroll (Seth McCarty) and Naomi Phillips. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
