He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dee Strange and Polly Miller Strange; his wife Pat Strange; his children, Jeffry Blake Strange (Melinda) of Longview Texas and Rebecca Strange of Diana Texas; and his brothers, JD, Charles and Jimmy Strange.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Dawn Mullings (Tim) of Tyler Texas, Dena Scurlock (Wil) and Luke Strange of Fort Collins Colorado. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beaty Funeral Home (5320 TX-37, Mineola, TX 75773). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
