He was predeceased by: his brothers, Walter William Anderson and Donald Wayne Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Jolene M. Anderson; his daughters, Tina Catapano of Charleston and Cynthia Anderson of Charleston; and his stepchildren, Robert Canaguier (Jamie) and Stephanie Canaguier. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, as well as many friends.
He began ministry at the Charleston County jail and continued after he moved to Longview until the pandemic.
