He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulah Edward Bullard and Arline Rachael Butt; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ravellette-Young Bullard; and his stepchildren, Kendall, Kelley, Kerry, Karen and Karl Ravellette.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the East Texas Funeral Homes (6522 McCann Rd, Longview, TX 75605).
