She is survived by: her husband Eddie Perkins; her children, David Shaw (Christie), Carrie Roberts, Edward Perkins and Ashley Barbo (Michael); her grandchildren, Lacy Self, David Shaw, Keeton Shaw, Corey Roberts, Kyle Roberts, Zachary Perkins, Summer Collins, Maci Barbo and Autumn Barbo; her great grandchildren, Kaiden, Karston, Kaison, Jaycee, Carmen, Aurora, Winter, Cecil and Adley; her great great grandchild Weston; her sister Virginia Rinchuso Smith; and her sister-in-law Rose Rinchuso. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
