She is survived by: her former husbands, Charles Edward Washington and Walter Talbert; her husband George Liggins; her children, Paula Yvette Washington-McCoy of Longview, TX and Kenneth Edward Washington (Michelle) of Longview, TX.; her stepdaughter Aleshia Washington of Long Beach, CA; her foster daughter Deborah Mathis-Kelly; her grandchildren, Latoya Williams of Arlington, VA, Matthew McCoy of Longview, TX, Gilbert Washington-Arredondo (Wendy) of Laveen, AZ, Pamela McCoy of Longview, TX, Tobias Johnson of San Bernardino, CA, April Smith (Philologus) of Waldorf, MD, Jason Garza of Arlington, VA, Erica Griffin (Micheal) of Longview, TX, Ashley Washington of Dallas, TX, Anna Washington of Longview, TX, De'shaun Washington of Las Vegas, Kenny Washington, Andrew Washington (Rebekah) of Alexandria, VA and Derreon Washington of Long Beach, CA; and her brothers, Henry Hamilton (Josephine) of Tyler, TX and John C. Taylor (Carmen) of Rosamond. She is also survived by 24 Great-Grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Craig Funeral Home (2001 S Green St, Longview, TX 75602). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Westview Church of Christ (409 Gladewater St, Kilgore, TX 75662).
