He was predeceased by: his parents, Sallie Clara Quinn and Drue McGee; his wife Frances Kay; his daughter Melinda Sue; and his granddaughter Mollie Drue Jayroe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Ellen Jayroe (Joe) and Mollie Ann McGee; his grandchildren, Bailey Jayroe Raphael (Dustin) and Alexander Louis Jayroe; and his great grandchildren, Carson and Nora Raphael.
