He was predeceased by: his parents, Acie B Sewell and Cleo King Sewell; his wife Paulette Gail Posey Sewell; and his siblings, Bobby Sewell (Charlene) and Judy Williams (Morris).
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Spraggins (Tony) and Michael Sewell; and his siblings, Jane Latham (James) of Kilgore and Michael Whitehead (Paula) of Colorado. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Living Word Church (1567 Farm to Market Rd 1252 E, Kilgore, TX 75662).
