He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Goldwater and Marcillee Bowers Goldwater; his brothers, Marion and Mike Goldwater; his niece Robin Goldwater; and his daughter-in-law Angela Goldwater.

He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Harrison (Robert Taylor) and Andrew Goldwater; his grandchildren, Joshua, Ethan Harrison, Brianna and Makayla Goldwater; his sisters-in-law, Mary Sue Bird and Mary Sue Goldwater; and his nephews, Wayne and Jason Goldwater.
