She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonas Mack and Barbara Mack; and her brothers, Jonas Mack, Jr. and Bobby Joe Mack. She is survived by: her children, William E. Johnson, Jr., Tammie Porter, Schunta Madden (Louis) and Amber Worth (Gregory); her grandchildren, Arriel (Keaton), DeCamian, Jalen, Camry, Keenan, Kyle, Da'Drian, Kyla, Teambrea and Jordan; her sisters, Sherrie Marlow and Teri Bell; and also Dekota Mack Bisor. She is also survived by Nine great grandchildren.
