He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse James and Georgia Eugenia Rhea (Hays); his brother Larry Gene Rhea; his grandparents, Otto and Lillie Hays; and his brothers-in-law, Dave Johnston, Kenneth McAnally and Ron Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marie Bonnette (Lawson), Margaret Smith, Jesse James Rhea Jr., Charlotte McAnally and Connie Young (J. R.); and his sister-in-law Peggy Rhea (Harold Hippler). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
