He is survived by: his wife Pam Reavis Boland; his stepdaughters, Crystal Bowley and Renea (Shaun Napier); his parents-in-law, Betty and John Miller; and his sister Brenda Selman. He is also survived by children; six grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
