She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Wayne Daniels II and Kevin Daniels (Tracy); her grandchildren, Jazmyn K. Daniels, Paige Daniels, Noah P. Daniels and Reese K. Daniels; her siblings, Helen Patterson (Albert), Charles Chambers (Joan), Sam Chambers (Tina) and Michael Chambers (Sissy); and her nieces and nephews, Traci Patterson, Sade Chambers-Gallizia (Jossie), Kedric Patterson (Kenya) and Warren Chambers. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
