She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Ann Perkins; her sister Debby Cook; and her grandchildren, Johnathan Chavez Jr., Lauren Taylor Perkins, Melissa Bethany Brannon, Tiffany Ann-Marie Herget and Carissa Lynn Perkins. She is also survived by her 3 great grandchildren and various nieces, nephews and cousins.
