It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyndel Smith of Lone Star, Texas, born in Peacock, Texas, who passed away on January 1, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Wallace Smith and Jewell Patricia Morris (Patterson); his stepfather Gordon M. Morris; and his grandfather Wilburn J. Patterson. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Smith (Verna), Stacy Renesto (John), Kyndel Smith (Shelia) and Kelley Tinsley (Darrin). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that he be honored with donations to the Lewy Body Dementia Association.
