He is survived by: his wife Marie Miller Skipper; his son Joel; his daughter-in-law Amber Skipper of Waxahachie; his daughter Cynthia Skipper of Daingerfield; his granddaughter Abigail; his brother John; and his sisters-in-law, Wanda Skipper of Daingerfield and Betty Jean Skipper of Daingerfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many, many friends.
