He is survived by: his wife Kimberly A Bowen; his children, Sherry Gassaway Phillips, Monisha Clark, Jerry Manuel, Cecsely Bowen and Christopher Pepper; and his stepchildren, Andrew Tullao and Krystal White. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews.
