He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene Witt and JoAnn Westmoreland Witt; and his grandparents, Lee Westmoreland, Thelma Blackwell Westmoreland, Daisy Floyd Hayworth Witt and Clarence Edward Witt.
He is survived by: his uncle Jimmy Westmoreland; his aunts, Lela Shutter, Norma Decker, Marguerite Calvert and Dorothy Kilgore; his siblings, Phillip Witt (Jackie), Lee Witt (Cindy), Mark Witt (Deborah), Cindy Ervin, Gwen Wick and Lisa Rutherford (Joe); his aunt Peggy Brady; and his uncle Don Westmoreland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
