He was predeceased by: his siblings, Pansey Williams, Morris, Ronald and Donald. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Mankins; his sons, Nathan Mankins of Bogata and Neil Mankins (Lessa) of Detroit; his grandchildren, Tye Mankins, Camelia Jenkins (Bryce), Katie Nichols (E. C.), Jeremy Mankins (Crystal) and Ethan King; and his great grandchildren, Korie, Lakin, Kentley, Bonner, Ella and Kade. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
