He is survived by: his children, Chauntel Spruill, Clinton Spruill III (VaDonna), Mary Ann Davis and Corey Mitchell; and his sisters, Mary Peterman, Bernadette Spruill and Barbara Bunch. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
