She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Thigpen and Ona Thigpen; her husband Ronald Neckar Sr.; her brother James Garoutte (J. D.); and her daughters, Angela, Mary Neckar and Janie Hooks.
She is survived by: her brothers, Eric Garoutte (Becky) of Hollister, MO and Francis Garoutte of Portland, OR; and her sons, Ronald Neckar Jr. (Lori) of Burleson, TX and Jonathan Neckar (Shelly) of Boyd, TX. She is also survived by seven grandkids, and six great-grandchildren.
