It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alma Joyce Barnes of Lone Star, Texas, born in Linden, Texas, who passed away on November 25, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Livingston and Mary Elizabeth Littlefield Livingston; her husband Edward Barnes; and her children, Tommy Barnes and Mollie Ann Garza.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Jean Parsons of Glennwood and Tennille Duke of Lone Star; her sister Virginia Daniels of Daingerfield; and her grandchildren, Tommy Joe Barnes, Jr., Johnny Edwards Barnes, J. Parsons, Stephanie Ann Parsons and Sheyenne Baker. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
