He is survived by: his significant other Susie Adair; his brother Wayne; his sister-in-law Debbie Westbrook of Tyler; his brother Donnie; his sister-in-law Lisa Westbrook of Lone Oak; and his sister Betty Tarrant of Orting, WA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
