He is survived by: his wife Nancy Green; his children, Tammy O'Connor (Casey), Dennis Green (Amy), Chad Green, John Green (Caty), Amanda Green (Kiddo) and Eva Brook Price (James); his grandchildren, Teresa, Jeremy, Joshua, Bethanie, Emily, Monty, Brook, Nikki, Calvin, Christian, Danielle, Damon, Isaiah, Gracie and Kaitlyn; his brother Steve Green (Alicia); and his sister-in-law Frances Green. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, friends, and a host of spiritual sons and daughters.
