He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Melton and Zella Louise Pritchett Hooten. He is survived by: his wife Janice Hooten of Lone Oak; his sons, Allen Hooten, Jr. (Jan) of Lone Oak, Chris Hooten (Gina) of Lone Oak and Toby Hooten (Jessica) of Lone Oak; his siblings, Jackie Jo Hooten of Rowlett, Johnny Hooten of Rowlett, Helen Shaw of Lone Oak, Shirley Stogner of Lone Oak and Deborah Davis of Rowlett; and his grandchildren, Austyn Hooten, Tristyn Hooten, Colton Hooten (Brooke), Hannah Hooten, Justin Hooten, Mackenna Hooten and Braden Hooten. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
