He is survived by: his children, Traci Maxwell of Wimberly, TX, Kimberly Happner O'Connell of Carrollton, TX and Richard Trey Happner (Asia) of Junction; and his grandchildren, Stephen Maxwell, Kristin McCallister, Liam O'Connell, Madelyn Maxwell and Ian Happner.
