With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Allen Jay Ahlschwede of London, Texas, born in Manhattan, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2024 at the age of 57. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Betty Ahlschwede, Von and Pearl Marr; and his parents-in-law, Dayton and Mag Fleming Spaeth.
He is survived by: his wife Tonya Spaeth Ahlschwede; his children, Jay Ahlschwede and Sophie Ahlschwede; his parents, George Ahlschwede and Grace Ahlschwede of Wall; his siblings, Scott Ahlschwede (Patricia) of Saratoga Springs, NY and Anne Ahlschwede (Nelson Barnes) of San Antonio, TX.; his niece Elena Ahlschwede; and his nephew Axel Ahlschwede.
