She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Hamrick and Elizabeth Hamrick (Johnson); her husband Judson Whitehead; her brother Charles Hamrick; and her great grandchild Braden Summers.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Whitehead (Cindy) and Ronnie Whitehead (Ginger); her grandchildren, Kirk Whitehead (Kenna), Jeff Whitehead (Kendra), Maeghan Whitehead (Jim LaMarca), Kelley Summers (Rick) and Keri Chism (James); her great grandchildren, Greenlee Chism, Addie Chism, Ace Whitehead, Raegan Whitehead, Luis Marquez, Taylor Summers, Kaylee Hassell, Hayden Chism (Madison) and Ashton Holland (Levi); and her great great grandchildren, Ellie, Judson and Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Senterfitt Cemetery.
