He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Rios and Guadalupe Rios (Sambrano); his sisters, Beatrice Berrelez and Maria Moreno; and his granddaughter Natalie Kucera.
He is survived by: his wife Romana Alaniz Rios; his children, Edward Rios (Michelle), Diana Valenzuela (Eloy), Eddie Stroud (Jack) and Debbie Rios; his siblings, Jose Rios, David Rios, Teresa Rios and Dominga Carrizales; his grandchildren, Valerie Faust (Ernest), Brittany Maxey (AJ), Josalyne Rios, Savana Stroud, Michael Slayton, Aaron Glende and Ashton Glende; his great grandchildren, Cassidy Faust, Megan Faust and Alex Glende; and his great great grandchildren, Lilith Faust and Noah Faust.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sneed Carnley Funeral Chapel (201 E 3rd St, Lampasas, TX 76550).
